About the rolE
This position will be responsible for controlling the inventory in the central warehouse as well as the outstate territory warehouses. This includes analysis and update of the par levels in all warehouses, input of inbound consignment and agency purchases into Redspot, performing lot swaps with Arthrex and periodic cycle counts in all warehouses.
Your responsibilities will includE
Analyze par levels in the central warehouse and all territory warehouses. Adjusts pars when necessary to fulfill cases and prevent overstocks.
Review 13 month to expire report in order to move slow moving inventory to other territories or customers to minimize expired.
Send all expired inventory back to Arthrex per return process.
Perform the Agency Consignment Import, daily.
Perform the Agency Purchase Import, weekly.
Perform lot swaps to correct “adjusted” sales orders.
Perform periodic cycle counts in the Central Warehouse and Outstate Territory Warehouses and made appropriate inventory transfers to keep inventory accurate.
Lead team member coordinating the Agency Annual Physical Inventory Count.
Adheres to GMM Core Values.

What we're looking for in you
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory control, distribution and operational procedures.
- Bachelor Degree in Operations or similar experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to use MS Excel to analyze datasets. (intermediate to advanced user).
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.
- Shows initiative – regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment
